Terms of service
1. Who we are. This site is operated by CMOMOOSE LTD, trading as Withers, company number 17002980, registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. "We", "us" and "our" mean CMOMOOSE LTD.
2. These terms. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.
3. Our contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Price and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on the product page. Delivery is £2.95, or free on orders of £30 and over, and is shown at checkout before you pay. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you, and you may either confirm the correct price or cancel.
5. Delivery. As set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellation and returns. As set out in our Refund policy, which includes your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
7. Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Measurements are a guide — please use our size guide and measure your dog before ordering.
8. What this product is, and is not. A no-pull harness gives you more control and makes pulling less rewarding. It is not a substitute for training and we do not claim it will stop your dog pulling. It is walking equipment. It is not suitable for tethering, for vehicle restraint, or for securing an unattended dog. Check the fit and condition before every walk.
9. Our liability. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
