Your legal right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving one. To cancel, email support@withers.dog and tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You may use the form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of you showing us proof of postage, whichever is sooner. The refund includes any standard delivery charge you paid.

You pay the cost of returning the goods, except where the item is faulty, not as described, or where we are exchanging it for a different size.

Goods must come back in a resaleable condition. You may handle them as you would in a shop. If they have been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Our 30-day policy

On top of your statutory rights, we give you 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Same conditions: unused, resaleable, and email us first.

Free size exchange

If the size is wrong, we exchange it free and you do not pay return postage. Sizing should not be the reason a harness sits in a cupboard. Email support@withers.dog with your order number and the size you need.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If something arrives faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which sit separately from and in addition to everything above. Email us with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email support@withers.dog with your order number before sending anything back. We will give you the correct return address. Our registered office is not a returns address and parcels sent there may not reach us.
