Who we are. CMOMOOSE LTD, trading as Withers, company number 17002980, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@withers.dog.

What we collect.

  • Name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order details when you buy
  • Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter
  • Payment information, handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies

Why we use it, and our lawful basis.

  • To take payment, fulfil your order and handle returns — performance of a contract
  • To send order and delivery updates — performance of a contract
  • To send marketing email where you have opted in — consent, which you can withdraw at any time
  • To measure and improve our advertising — consent, through the cookie banner
  • To keep accounting records — legal obligation

Who we share it with. Shopify, which hosts our store. Our payment provider. Our shipping and fulfilment partner. Our email provider. Meta, for advertising measurement, where you have consented.

Some of these process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or by an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it. Order and accounting records for six years, as tax law requires. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for up to 26 months.

Your rights. You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@withers.dog and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies. Some cookies are necessary for the site to work — they keep your basket and let you check out, and these do not need your consent. Others are optional and we set them only if you agree through the banner: analytics, to understand how the site is used, and advertising, to measure whether our ads work. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
